No training / Management doesn't care about employees / The Good Supervisors and Managers will not last if they stand up for their staff - High Turnover because they don't give support to the hourly employees

Culture took a complete nosedive in the last year. Management will dangle carrots to get everything out of you and give nothing in return. No raises last year but was told sometime in 2026 it would happen. When this was brought up by the leadership team in 2026 they said compensation was a "hard" thing to address, but they acquired more venues and will do team building activities like take the teams to MLB games.
