Pros
From the bottom of my heart..... I do not feel there are benefits. At first, everything seemed amazing: the role they promised to put me in (with growth and purpose felt incredible); people were kind and happy, great and hardworking, funny and bright... But this did not last long. The idea of that great role? It disappeared the moment I joined just to find out it was all a lie. Those great people? Well, they all continue to be great and amazing. The thing is once they touched the ground of Walow they vanished. Those hardworking professionals were not paid (like me) Those hardworking professionals were emotionally damaged (like me) Those hardworking professionals were verbally abused (like me) And I could continue... So those hardworking professionals quit and are looking for a better workplace and so am I.
Cons
I felt emotionally mistreated. My salary? inexistence Manipulation? Yes, to the roof Comparations? All the time. Verbal Attacks? Constantly And again... I could continue.
