everyone is very kind and feels like a big family

there are no cons at all

- Felt like family, very close work environment - Easy and manageable work - Friendly management - Friendly Atmosphere

- Sparse Hours and work schedule ( Not the most predictable or stable) - I experienced a few uncomfortable situations that were unresolved - Servers aren't treated right. Auto- Gratuity was taken away without notice to servers Overall not the staff and management but more on the business owners themselves. - Slight Favoritism - Wasn't able to use my PTO although requested
