Pros
Pay is just okay. I think they also have tuition assistance stuff which may help some people. It's an okay job if you can turn your brain off and robot for a while, or if you have someone working there you can talk to.
Cons
It's Walmart. A soulless gray building with a somehow both clinical, yet filthy interior. Trust me as OGP or any position in "the back," this actually matters more than you might think. It is soul-crushing. And that's the not-bad stuff. They also ask for some crazy hours, and as OGP you WILL be putting extremely heavy items in people's trunks, at times being required to lift the heavy stuff over things already placed in the car. This can be extremely painful and dangerous, but good luck doing anything else fast enough to keep up with orders. Yeah, the orders. As OGP, during normal hours it is regularly completely overflowing, as in all parking spaces used and people waiting to access them. Oh, and as OGP you are regularly exposed to the Walmart parking lot. I was out there when a woman was run over by all 4 tires. So if you don't want to deal with the nightmarish chaos of the
