      Great company loved the 5 years I worked there

      Cons

      Was wrongly terminated by a manger who retaliated against me against my sexuality and my race listing me as misconduct to were I’d never work there again even tho there was no company investigating at all no one from the store or the home office helped or cared to look into it at all horrible horrible that a company wouldn’t care to help even get this looked into just sweep under a rug

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
