Pros
I've worked at Wally World for a year and a half. Good people to work with,family oriented feeling. Good benefits if you are there full time,also promotion if there for a good minute.
Cons
In my tenure here the main problem was customers. Rude even when you're nice to them and go beyond your job title, But every store is not like this. Other problems is management. At my store the sense of non urgency for customers and coworkers mixed in with huge incompetence was a deciding factor for me to begin looking for another job. Attendance policy is very poor as well. Knew people who had excuses from doctors and was still not being excused. I personally left early a couple of times cause I was sick and talked to management beforehand and still was not excused. And promotion is given to heavily favored people here,not deserving people.
