Pros
Decent ladder for moving upwards, but very dependent on where you are in the company. Good place to get experience with many different kinds of enterprise level solutions to add to your resume, mostly devops engineering in current role, Walmart primarily uses vendors for run of the mill coding of projects, which I hardly ever have the chance to complete or even review most of the times.
Cons
Pay starting out Management Not Challenging Hours Not really coding/sprints, more waterfall and meetings/leading
