Lack of Teamwork, Under-staffing Issues, More tenured workers seem favored - Fresh Produce Associate Walmart Employee Review

The lack of a team lead or manager on duty contributes to more tenured and more "aggressive" employees pushing around their weight and trying to manage others; there is a lack of teamwork. Management does not make a plan or follow through with issues brought to their attention, and more tenured employees seem to be favored when there is any sort of disagreement among coworkers. There is constant arguing and strife in the workplace among coworkers. There is a continual under staffing issue that causes frustration and more arguing when things get stressful, unmanageable and unreasonable with duties required to be completed within the set time frame without going into overtime.
