      Pros

      Black and white policies, good benefits, growth opportunities, casual environment. Logistics and the stores are like two different companies. Pay is very competitive. Not the top, but competitive.

      Cons

      Negative public persona, benefits are fair but some think they don't pay enough on health care costs. Black and white policies are also a negative sometimes. Company is so large that some policies are written to just be legally defensible.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
