Pros
Time off. Call of policy is absurdly relaxed in my opinion. Temperature controlled environment. Decent pay for menial labor...although to help manage nearly 500 people I think more than $17 /hr is required to retain talent levels.
Cons
The amount expected from one individual is physically impossible regardless of how much you wish to succeed. Expectations and processes change every day. Used to be a great place to work but their values have shifted away from associates and towards profitability only.
