It is great to hear you have learned a lot while working with us. I am glad to see you have been able to build connections with other teams and network across our company. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. Regarding the culture, we do want to keep the culture consistent across our company. Like you said, it will vary from team to team, but we are always working to make it more collaborative and fair across all sites. Moving to morale, it is a focus for us and we aim to ensure all our associates feel welcomed and heard.
