Pros
Good team environment among the department and good relationship with department management. Valuable skills learned about basic maintenece required on a vehicle such as oil changes, tier changes, battery changes, lights etc.
Cons
Can get extremely busy during tire season where we would be overbooked which would result in us having to stay a little bit later than the end of our shift.
