Pros
The Wallarm product has a lot of potential. Product team has a good head on their shoulders and seems to have an understanding of what needs to happen for them to be successful.
Cons
Terrible management of people and resources. After aggressive hiring after moving HQ to SF, they cut the entire sales and marketing teams they had just hired due to mismanagement. Majority had been there 6 months, everyone was less than a year, with many being 1 month or 2 weeks into the job before closing those departments. Unqualified managers/leaders in positions of trust and power.
