Staff, particularly assistants are overworked
Discrimination and favoritism when it comes to upper management upholding their own company rules including dress codes, remote working, timely arrival to work, etc.
Brokerage and Development departments are the company's true priority. Property Management is an afterthought
No in-house maintenance staff; company is dependent on subcontractors who have no interest in furthering the company because they do not directly work there. Subcontractors often refuse to work with certain individuals due to how they are treated.
