A great company that offer a product that no company offer to the market, so it's good to learn everything that is related to Structured Products and how the top financial companies in the world uses it within WallStreetDocs products.
Cons
A little bit disorganized place once they are a millionaire company, that has a legacy code to work with, no code reviews, no subversion, CI/CD or agile methodology involved.
