Pros
If your skill sets are inline with the short term goals of company then whether you are interview candidate or current employee, you can get double triple salary/ promotion. They will hire you at any cost. If you know flattering skills then you are AWESOME. Just lick executive leadership and you can be at least VP.
Cons
This is a very small company with very short term goals. It has leadership debt of at least 2.5 years. They have no sense of how to run the organisation. They do not have any long term vision. They keep planning and planning and replanning. They can not hold on their plan for even 30 days. When they get some work they immediately start hiring. But then due to lack of leadership they mess up, take desperate measures like firing employees, changes in delivery models, changing the leadership, blaming previous management for their own failures. These short sightedness does not allow the company to grow due to which employee's are fired, their careers are spoiled.
