Pros

Flexible hours and good schedule.

Cons

Tyrannical Management: Hiring a pharmacy manager who delights in belittling everyone, regardless of their title, is counterproductive. A weak, insecure individual who puts others down is not effective leadership. Management and supervisors' response to this behavior is dismissive, suggesting not to take it personally because he does it to everyone. This advice is ineffective and leads to a toxic work environment. Employee Retention Issues: Lack of a simple reference check has resulted in hiring a problematic manager. The inability to retain employees stems from the toxic work environment, which management seems oblivious to or unwilling to address. Outdated Systems: The pharmacy system is outdated, stuck in the early 2000s, and is inadequate for current needs. Charging clients exorbitant amounts, such as $900 for 30 Viagra pills, is a sign of rotten greed. When a simple GoodRx coupon can reduce the cost to $70, it's clear there's a serious issue with pricing strategies. Inadequate Training: Training is based on a non-existent modern system, creating a significant gap between what employees are taught and the actual tools they use. This mismatch hinders new hires' ability to perform effectively, exacerbating frustration and inefficiency.
