The building is......fairly new with working air conditioning!
Cons
Call center focused on speed and holding back information beneficial to client's employees regarding their pharmacy benefits. WHI lost a major contract with United Healthcare due to that practice. Uncommonly high number of people without ANY higher education in managerial positions. Lack of updated information systems for employees to satisfactorily complete customer calls. Calculators are neccessary in this job to compute pharmact co=payment histories.....bring your own. WHI pc's don't have Windows calc's.
