Pros
Very energetic work environment in a highly reputable company. Ability to take pride in a Chicago based leader in health and pharmacy.
Cons
The work culture has changed significantly within the past 5 to 7 years. Loyalty between company and employee has diminished greatly. The relationship has eroded even further since the merger with Boots UK. Too many re-orgs are taking place that force employees out of the company especially those that have been with the company for a very long time.
