      This company truly values me as a person and as an asset. It leverages top talent in innovative ways, has many advancement opportunities, easy transfers, is forward thinking, fun environment, exciting changes in industry, and has good benefits.

      Cons

      There's always cons to every job, but none that not expected. It's retail. The hours can be long during the Christmas season, but the flexibility in other times of the year compensate for that.

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
