Patient Billing Representative - Anonymous employee Wake Radiology Employee Review

I've heard long time employees complaining about the benefits, but these are great! Nice retirement and reasonable healthcare, along with a healthy PTO and holiday pay structure. I guess they used to offer even more, but compared to where I've worked before and knowing that we all have to do more with less, this place is doing a great job with all this.

They don't like letting people work remotely, even if the job lends to being better suited for it. They have remote workers, but they don't love it.

There are no pro’s of working at Wake Rad

Leadership lacks the skills to manage effectively, causing a toxic work environment. They micromanage, blaming others for their failures, ignore feedback, and prioritize self preservation.
