If another colleague makes a mistake they will blame the new staff for it and then strip away whatever job they were doing and put them on cleaning duty instead. Because I was new and my other colleagues weren't reducing items correctly, I was punished and made to clean up chicken juices that had spilled out for the rest of my time there, even though I'm a vegetarian
