Terrible and unprofessional - Sales Assistant Waitrose Employee Review

The management in this branch is a joke, disgusting. People get promoted not because of hard work or experience but because they either lick the managers behind or sleep with higher ups. They also mess around with your salary and for me personally it took 4 months to get back the money they missed one month (several hundred pounds for overtime). No surprise so many people come and go.
