I really like the job itself as it involves a lot of pet interactions, but there also isn't much room to advance. - Anonymous employee Wagging Tails Pet Resort Employee Review

Pros
Interacting with all of the dogs and other animals! There are so many great pets and different jobs you can do within the resort. My favorite is pet sitting where you travel to people's houses to take care of their pets!
Cons
There seems to be a lot of drama within management and a high turnover. Shift scheduling seems to change constantly. You also don't get many breaks or are allowed to have phones on you, which seems like an overkill.

Thank you for the review. However, we don't offer in home pet sitting and never have.

Of course the dogs will always be the best thing about it, hence the reason of wanting to work there in the first place. The managers and owners are the first people to show that they actually care about the employees. & communication is KEY along with patience. I've thought at times they've forgotten things I've brought up to them, but they do listen and have made me feel like a valued employee. I've learned so much about the dogs and the staff there are always willing to answer and teach you anything you ask to better manage the dogs and improve! Management is understanding when issues that come up with attendance and are willing to step into the play yards as well to cover for people. The small cons are nothing compared to the many pros this place has.
Cons
Drama/ petty gossip on other staff (which will always be at any workplace) has been an occurring issue no matter how many times management addresses on it, it continues... Also It feels like there's not enough rule enforcement with the pcs in the play yards when watching the dogs
