Pros
Flexible Schedule, great management tools, clear & concise benefits package, good pay if bonuses are hit, upper management that will develop their staff, a true family environment. No sick time needed & 2 weeks of vacation each year.
Cons
Some bonuses have too much bearing on other people doing their job in ways you are not able to assist. Must work all holidays & at times a day off can be interrupted by issues at work that result in a full day's work.
