You will work every holiday (Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving). You are on call 24/7 for six of the eight days during your eight day workweek, expect calls at 1 am when you have to be back at the store for 6:30am. Expect to average anywhere from 60-75 hours per your 8 day work week. My previous two weeks before posting this I worked 78 hours and 67 hours. Starting pay for 90% of your potential cooks is $12.75 unless they have prior Waffle House experience (not Restaurant experience).
