      Excellent staff and support. Offered help when needed.

      Cons

      Needed more time off between day and night work. Very little sleep between shift differentials which led to depression.

      Pros

      Tons of growth opportunity for people willing to invest in the company. My department has grown by 400% in the past 10 years. Lots of training provided. PM's are expected to have complete ownership of their projects.

      Cons

      Going through a digital transformation which should be good in the long term. Work life balance can be tough but it comes in waves.
