Per diem is the only thing that makes the pay somewhat worth it. Get to travel all over the United States with travel paid for. Either by airplane or the company pays you up to 600 miles to drive. Reimbursements for water, gatorade, ice, airport parking, airport baggage, tolls and other things. Pay up to $500 for you to get your class a CDL. Company gives you $100 a year for new boots. 6 Days off at a time. Three weeks off for xmas with yearly bonus and 80 hours paid. The health care is fairly decent.
Cons
Away from family 8 days at a time Low hourly pay for the work that needs done. Upper management isnt to great for the most part. They care more about production than they care about safety of their workers. They are all about the buddy buddy system, only promoting people they are friends with even if they dont know hardly anything.
