      Wabtec has great culture. Good work life balance. Pay is average. If you want peaceful life you can choose wabtec. Company very specific to policies.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
