      A Union that keeps the company from reneging on their agreement with the workers. Family sustaining wage

      corporate management has no clue as to the gold mine that facility could be if they were to listen to the local management

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
