      Still carries some of the very best product, people, process and tool inherited from old GE

      Cons

      Also carries the bureaucracy from old GE. At intersection now, could be better or worse with additional layer from Wabtec Corp

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
