- So many directors with different views and thinking, many times just promoting their own wishful thinking. Thinking at top level is "Its their way or the highway" - Yea sayers and headnodders are promoted well, just say yes to everything your manager says - Huge disparity in pay & designation for the same level of experience & designation - Tamil community biased, sons & daughters of existing employees also working for the same company, shows the bias of HR - Everyone wants to conduct a meeting for the smallest thing and the language in meetings is Tamil, no regard whether all the participants understand Tamil or not. Even many employees have clear bias against North Indians - No training plan for the employees - No one is flexible or open to new ideas
