      Pros

      They care about you and your clients especially when you need assistance. Supervisors help a lot and they are very understanding. If you are having trouble, they have your back. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with them especially if you are starting in ABA.

      Cons

      Hours are not consistent and the pay rate can be low.

      Pros

      You get to have good rapport with your clients and help out with their autistic spectrum needs with the programs provided to them. For full time, you get a well deserved and reasonable pay. Your benefits kicks in after a 6 months of probationary work (like how all full time positions are). The CEO and staff are a wonderful and family oriented group environment for their employees and families.
