      Pros

      Most of my coworkers are intelligent, friendly and cool. Some very talented people in there. Food and snacks provided regularly. The work is easy.

      Cons

      Pay is kinda low. Management can be weird. Some coworkers are insufferable. There's no HR!!! The HR lady retired and they said they'll just distribute those duties among a couple other people. But needless to say, we NEED HR and its lack is severely felt.

      Pros

      Family-oriented, friendly, I've made a few friends there.

      Cons

      There' not much room to grow. I feel like this is a dying industry and they didn't know what to do about it. Some of the folks who have been there for longer say that in the past, this used to be really something but now it "feels like a factory job" (that's an exact quote). I don't think morale is all that hot, and I don't know anyone my age who thinks this is a place to build a career. I had to have a second job just to make ends meet.
