Pros

Top Market in Savannah, GA.

Cons

Employees are underpaid for the amount of work that they are asked to do. In addition to getting paid very little, employees are incredibly undervalued. Employees will not receive feedback on their work or be acknowledged unless something catastrophic happens. Those working in production are not educated as well as they should be prior to receiving the job (ex: knowing what a XLR cable is, how to mic guests, how to edit, what Live-U is, etc). Management is nonexistent. If they do appear, they are incredibly biased towards anchors and will not help others. Employees are not friendly, welcoming, or helpful. Those that work here will most likely have to fend for themselves or be treated poorly when asked for help. Many bad attitudes in this establishment, fake/petty personalities, and fragile egos. Very, very limited advancement opportunities.

Pros

The people that work in front of the camera and behind the camera are passionate, and dedicated to being "The Southeast News Leader".

Cons

There are never re-runs. The news is always changing and there is no time for sitting around.

Pros

Is number one in ratings because of legacy. Has some good people who work there. Unfortunately none of them are in management.

Cons

Not many growth opportunities. Pay is low even for a low paying industry. Raised were cut in half this year. They change the criteria for a bonus so often it feels like a moving target.
