Pros

Managers are always happy to help and encourage their teams. You are an independent so flexibility in schedule is a plus. Lots of perks like dinners and outings for hitting company goals!

Cons

Burnout is real if not careful. Do require working in office most days. Lots of work and sometimes it doesn’t pay off the way you’d like it to.

Pros

If you are hard-working, driven and a team player, WTA is absolutely a place you can find a home, a career, advancement, and people that genuinely want to see you succeed. After almost 15 years with the company, I can honestly say I've never seen an employer go out of their way to support their agents and employees the way Lance & Bryan did. They genuinely care about people, aren't quick to judge or dismiss, and foster a true sense of family, friendship and common goals. Management at the office level consists of highly-experienced apartment locators that are right in the thick of things and able to mentor from current experience. WTA's property search system and CRM is bar-none and exclusive to the company, designed specifically for the way our apartment locators work and continuously in development per the needs of our locators. Agents get dedicated desk space to meet with their clients and have 9 offices to choose from. There is a dedicated marketing team focused on lead generation and a dedicated collections team so agents can focus on what they are best at - helping people find apartments. I could go on, there are LOTS of pros to working for a company with 30 years of experience in an industry and area. Suffice to say this has been the best place I've ever worked, which is why I have stayed so long.

Cons

For me, I don't really have any.
