Pros
--Useful for gaining (some) new experience.
Cons
--Terrible cross-disciplinary (and legacy company) integration. Politics and rogue players. --Acquisitional make-up results in a company with monopolistic identity. No company values. Company processes don't exist or are routinely ignored. --Unethical bidding/work practices. Work is priced and marketed exclusively by higher-grade team members (many with mediocre technical abilities). Client needs and visibility are kept hidden from those delivering the work. Hence, you will be expected to perform repeat and abortive work (assigned to you with no context) as a means of generating fee, as opposed to serving Clients well. Their quasi-monopolistic status (via acquisitions) allows them to get away with this behaviour. --Discontinuity across projects. --High turnover due to the above.
