Nice people, good benefits if you can stay long enough to get them. Small down to earth people. Quite place to work

Cons

Dont let the company hire you as a temp you will never get a job. WSFS hires you as a WSFS temp and then will never hire you for the same position claiming that the qualifications to the positions have changed even know you did the job with very little or no training. Don't fall for it
