When I started here, I was in the help desk. Manager was great to work for, was supportive of my professional development, helped me learn other skills beyond help desk. Pay was above average for the industry. Wiki was well done, didn't have to learn 'tribal' knowledge. I had the ability to move up into other departments if I wanted and advance my career.

I strongly advise against taking a role or contract at this company. The management style is chaotic, and the staff lacks formal training. On top of that, the work environment is toxic—people actively sabotage others' tasks and share false information with leadership.
