      If you enjoy working really really hard for no recognition or reward, this is the place to work

      Revolving door for senior management team Unrealistic expectations from management and WPP Zero support from leadership who ‘care about our people’s physical and mental wellbeing’; it’s all lip-service to improve public image but couldn’t care in the least whether people struggle or not

      People are great, New leadership is turning things around back to how it was

      Cons

      No brand identity anymore with rebrand of WPP Media. Mindshare story has been lost. If you have been a long time employee the new way merits are don’t hurt you. No bonuses this year. HR department is the worst.
