It was a TERRIBLE experience, and I would not wish it on anyone!
Cons
The CEO was a money-hungry, unprofessional, and insane person who cares more about making a profit than he does about his employees or the clients he serves. I witnessed firsthand how the CEO would put pressure on recruiters to fill positions, even if the candidates were not qualified. HE would also make unrealistic demands on our time and resources, and he was constantly changing his mind about what he wanted. The work environment here was so toxic and demoralizing. Recruiters were constantly under pressure to meet quotas, and they are never given the supprt they need to do their jobs effectively. He was also quick to blame his employees for his own mistakes, and he was not afraid to create a hostile work environment.
