Pros
There literally are none, unless you are straight out of college and have no other options which they love to take advantage of.
Cons
Women are openly paid less than men as a known routine practice across the company. Even worse, Denali’s business model is centered around taking advantage of minorities who are here on visa’s and cannot change companies, which these employees openly acknowledge and resent. Their business model is also centered around tearing employees down all day, every day in order to try and convince them that they are not worthy of more than the peanuts they choose to pay. Toxic, fake management who tout ‘opportunity’ in order to justify continual taking advantage of employees with fake promises of ‘advancement’ that never comes. The good reviews of this company are clearly fake reviews done by upper management. The only thing worse than the pay are the benefits. If you want to pay $1300 a month for medical that’s nice but nothing about this company justifies the lack of pay and benefits. There is no flexibility, true opportunity or benefit to working at this company. They have lost most major accounts. The systems couldn’t be worse if they tried. Unless you are fresh out of college and have no other options there is zero reason to ever work here. Save yourself the stress and get a job with a real company who values their employees.
