      Poor leadership was brought in from AON. Completely incompetent. Did not understand the market, client buying cycle, insurance marketplace, nor the leadership at carriers.

      The pay is okay. The benefits are okay.

      Cons

      Never give raises. Micromanaging. Bereavement pay is 2 days for immediate family. PTO is minimal. No opportunity for growth/upward movement.
