The supervisor is not supportive. Even if you are fully occupied, the boss will still think you are not and will request you to share others' workloads. Not fair to contract staff - For the gratuity, MPF will be deducted which is not reasonable. The medical plan is not good too. Employees need to pay for most of the medical fees. Shifted responsibility and handled tasks which are not mentioned in job description. Few restaurant choices. Most are costly and not affordable.
