Pros
The company itself is great. Great benefits, especially after 4 years. Annual boot, clothing, and work pants vouchers. Always wanting to improve and expand. Close-knit employees make for a good work environment. Open door management policy make handling any issues, no matter the size or subject matter, easily approachable and very helpful. Always available overtime.
Cons
Wages and PTO are not the best for the industry, especially starting out. This makes recruiting employees difficult. Which in turn puts more stress on the current employees to exceed exceed expectations. Lack of decent wages and lack of full staff also makes other current employees less concerned about loosing their job and take advantage of the situation by calling off, arriving late, or not performing expectations. Onsite customer makes for an easily micro-manageable situation. Off-site HR makes settling issues of that nature more of a hassle than it should be.
