Pros
The biggest pro for me is that everyone genuinely has no egos here, and no one is throwing anyone under the bus. Everyone on the team are skilled, and nice and willing to help each other. Fully remote but you don't feel isolated, or like you won't get to know your co-workers. Also it's great because they encourage you keep learning and helping you to get better at your job so you won't ever feel like you can't do the best to your abilities! If you're looking to grow with a digital marketing company this is definitely the place you want to be at. It can be a pro or con but you definitely need to have good time management and organizational skills.
Cons
There aren't really any cons, but if I had to say anything it would be I guess if you're not a self-starter or someone who can work independently this wouldn't be the ideal job for you. It's a growing company so there a few processes that are being kinked out but I really don't see that as a con.
