The only positive aspect was the remote work; however, the micromanagement and toxic culture completely negated this benefit.
Cons
Joining this company was the worst decision for my career and mental well-being. The management, an unprofessional couple, lacks basic manners and direction. They are racist, unprofessional bullies who believe they can run a company by hiring people from India and subjecting them to toxic behavior. The CEO's treatment of colleagues is appalling, making me question their education and professionalism. If you want to grow in your career and work with good people then do not join this company.
