Pros
Any sane person who has worked in this organisation would know that there is nothing that can be considered as a Pro. Its not surprising to see the efforts these people have put in to cover up their unethical work culture by putting in so much of FAKE reviews.
Cons
It is really difficult to decide where to start from. The lack of respect, the downright abusive behavior ( that too from the CEO himself), the lack of proper workflow, no feedback on your work. Please use your conviction before joining this organisation.
