Pros
Ok benefits, decent resume builder for recent college grads... and that's really about it. Everything else about working here is atrocious.
Cons
The training program is nonexistent - and you will find yourself being berated for not learning quickly enough while simultaneously not being taught. The starting pay for a college grad with experience is only $14/hr, and considering all the stuff you need to learn to function as an employee, that's a joke. Employee morale is really low, likely due to 50+ hour weeks, short - to - no breaks during the day, stressful environment, and intense daily work schedule. Everything is rushed, leading to corner cutting and hack science. In fact, several studies have had to be repeated at the expense of WIL due to lack of training and general incompetence. Nearly every department in the building is under staffed, due to the last round of lay-offs (which happen whenever there is a lull in work) causing under-trained, newer employees to be on studies for which they are not qualified. And let's not forget you will basically be a slave to WIL because you won't have time for a life while working here. I could go on and on, but I'd rather not think about it while not at work. Long story short - get some training and get thee to a better job.
