The team consists of a bunch of superstars who are devoted to equity, inclusion, and development. The principles and values they apply to all their programs also are seen internally with staff and externally with partners as well as through publications and social media. The team has a culture of improvement where no idea to improve is too small to test. All voices are equally as important on the team regardless of experience level.
Cons
WI-HER is still working on improving processes and systems as a small business, but as mentioned earlier they have an improvement culture and open feedback policy so leadership is constantly open to new ideas for improving for the betterment of staff, internal culture and also global impact results.
